Ebill not due, even though received email indicating one was received

Have many bills on the ebill service.  When a new ebill is received, I get an email telling me to log in, view the ebill and pay it.  I have received the email, but no ebill is showing when I sign in.

Talked to a rep today who said they have been having problems since last Wednesday (Oct 31), due to superstorm Sandy.  No ebills are able to be viewed.  They don't know when it will be resolved and have not taken any proactive communication strategy to customers to let them know.
