It takes me to "Sorry this site is temporarily unavailble" after accepting my login on main citi.com. I have tried so many ways to clear the cache, reinstalled browsers, changed networks and also tried from different networks. Their customer support people are useless - they just have standard scripted responses by warm bodies - no one knows how to respond and understand the trouble. I have sent several messages and got no response. I called in twice – the agents who attend the calls have no sense of customer service..
