does not let you log in

this is a recurring problem. Cit bank site loads slow and sometimes doesnt load at all. The iphone app makes you log in twice to see account activity and current balance. The servers time out way too fast. The site has been loading slow on and off for months. I do not know who they hire to handle this but they need to reconsider
