Citi iPad app down, iPhone deposit not working

For the last two weeks, iPad app is not working at all.

At the same time, iPhone check deposit is also not working.

When calling last week, customer service said it normally lasts 4 days, but it still down (1/7/13)

A representative today said it would be restored by 1/9.
