Certificate Issue?

I can log in using Internet Exploder but not Firefox as of 1 June. CitiBank support tells me it is a problem with Firefox, not Citibank website. I've used Firefox for years now. Pic of where connection stops is attached. I'm wondering if it is a Certificate problem.
