Can't access my Citi AT&T Card to pay my bill

I have been trying for the past 24 hours to pay my bill and keep receiving the following error message: You've navigated to a service that's only available for CitiĀ® customers with a banking relationship. I find this perplexing, as I thought we HAD a relationship. Claudette MacNeil
