can't access account

I've tried for 3 days and cannot get the citicards website to work. The message says, 'We're sorry. This site is currently unavailable. I tried last week several times and got the same message. Now, here it is March 27, 2013 and I still cannot get on. I really do need to change my monthly payment amount but can't because of this failure. Please get this problem fixed ASAP Thank you,
