Cannot login-worst banking site ever!!

I never have trouble getting into any of my other accounts, except when they advise in advance the site will be down. However, I am ALWAYS having trouble with Citi's websites and never have any idea there would be anything wrong. They need to fix their website issues or I will be gone.
