cannot get past sign in

tried to pay my sears card from citibank and this website has been down for the past three days!   This is ridiculous......  Who has a website which is devoted to payments and then shuts it down from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday and Monday and IT DOESN'T WORK ANYWAY today, which is not even the 18th or the 19th.  You can sign in but your account doesn't come up.   Pathetic.
