Can’t log in app

This is ridiculous. The app won't let me log in. I mailed my payment which was received very early and received a letter in return telling me for convenience I could use the app. Don't you think I would use the app if it worked!! WTF!! Tried calling multiple times and sit on hold forever. I am so irritated it's not even funny. Maybe you should pay us for the inconvenience!!!!!
