Unable to Process your Request Your User ID and Password are inactive. To reactivate your online access, please call Customer Service at 1-877-242-7372. If you live outside the U.S., please contact Customer Service at 1-713-262-3300. 

 Notes:
  • If you're a CardMember Services customer, please call the number on the back of your card.
  • If you're a Chase QuickPaySM customer but you don't have a Chase account, please enroll again to get a new User ID.
  • If you're a Commercial Banking client, please call your Client Service Professional.
