Egads! Someone needs to start looking for a new job ... unbelievable!
This is the second time in 72 hours I have not been able to log into Chase. The first time, the customer service representative on the phone said he had no record of the site being down or under attack. He kept suggesting something was wrong with my computer, though I explained to him that every single other site I'd gone to that morning was easily accessible. Then I read in the paper that Chase had had systemwide problems!! You'd think they could at least be honest. . .
Chase Online has had intermittent service interruptions since the 13th, the site receiving a massive amount of traffic from a sophisticated campaign of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. Data integrity has not been effected. ( I work in the Chase Online Support department). Try to connect using the alternative secure site at https://chaseonline.chase.com/logon.aspx
