Site down off and on for weeks!!

I have called Chase several times, and they tell me everything is fine.  Well, obviously it is not fine!  We use on-line banking for our business, and this is a real problem.  It has been down off and on for weeks now.  I will be in the middle of paying bills, and it goes down. What do we need to do to get their attention?

Trust me we are aware, our site is receiving a massive amount of traffic from a sophisticated campaign of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. Data integrity has not been effected. ( I work in the Chase Online Support department)

i am having the same problem!! it is OFF and then ON! i mean wtf! this is ridiculous.. can they at least let us know that YES IT IS DOWN!! so i can make sure i pay things else where and so i can make them in a timely matter!! NO it is not my computer or internet or cookies or pop up blocker blah blah blah! WHEN WILL THIS PROBLEM BE FIXED??!! i also can not conduct business when petty problems like these occur!

It will let me log on...but when I try to click on anything, it just hangs there, then goes to "this page cannot be displayed"
