Secured Sites Down

My saved bookmarks to my secure site on the Chase.com page timeout.  If I go to the Chase homepage I can sign in, only to to have to input too much personal information, such as "email password" and "ATM Pin"  Chase has repeatedly stated they never ask such questions.  It disturbs me that their site can be hacked so smoothly.

I also have the same problem & I was on the phone with a Chase internet rep. The site that we are pulling up is not the actual Chase site but we are redirected to a fake site to try & get our personal info. If you notice the web address when you type www.chase.com it goes to http://www.chase.com - it should be https://www.chase.com the secured website for Chase. When I try to get to the https (secured site), it says it cannot display the web page. Chase had me delete all my temp internet files (must be closed out of internet) & add the https that I mentioned above to trusted sites. I am going to try to uninstall & reinstall both safari & explorer. If that doesn't work I'll call avast internet security to see if they can find my problem. This happened on both my laptops & I think my work computer too. I'm not sure if we were some of the unlucky ones who got zapped with this crap. You can use your iphone mobile app to do any banking as that's not affected but you cannot change your log-on ID & password on the mobile app. Good luck & I will post if I come up with a solution.
