transferred funds from savings to checking 2 days ago, recieved confirmation number but transfer was not made and as a result a large check was returned for insufficient funds. I called and the gal apologized said there were issues, but problem has still not been corrected.

Chase's customer service is telling me that when these errors are corrwcted they are just erasing transactions from our statements instead of showing correcting actions. Sounds like "Let's make pur records look good.
