Having problems since late Sat night (3/30) getting to logon site, after 2 hrs of assistance (had to change password), was finally able to logon to pay bills on line. By that hour, had only paid one bill and decided to wait until Mon (4/1). Behold, cannot again getting to logon site...same problem as before. Going to google, find out there are BIG PROBLEMS. If this persists, will move accounts back to CITIBANK and do online banking with them.
