Chase.com does not ping or launch

When trying to launch chase.com to check bank statements, get a page cannot be found, error 324 in google chrome.

Attempting to ping chase.com resolves to wwbcchase.glsb.bankone.com 159.53.84.126 and does not return a reply. All other sites work fine.
