Still not working at 5:45pm. Can enter login info but then I just get the blank screen.
I put in user name and password them im told the system does not recognize my computer. which makes no sense since its the same computer i have used for 10 years. from there you hit next. its supposed to give yo the option of putting in a security code. but instead it goes striaght back to log in. im going in circles for the past 4 days.
I called Chase on Saturday, 1/25/14, and after 30 minutes we settled on the answer that there was a problem with my brower, Internet Explorer 11. When I logged in using Chrome, I had no problem with the site.
