My account is showing "System Unavailable". Noticed at 5:11pm Mountain Time.
Both checking accounts show zero balance so I can't even make a payment to my credit card! Nice.

Wow, I can't even get through to talk to anyone. Makes me nervous that I don't have any money showing. Hope it's fixed by tomorrow. Hoping ATM will let me withdraw money.

Acct showing zero balance as of 8:11p EST; can't get through to Chase support. Anyone know what's going on?
I finally got through on the 800 automated line and verified I did have a balance! So that made me feel better. Haven't tried logging back in on the iPad. Heard ATM would give money but haven't tried. Good luck guys! Thinkin about movin to a small hometown bank if these kind of hack ins keep occurring.

My acct balance is back to normal as of this post. Finally got through to a service rep, who told me that this was an internal system error and not any kind of cyber attack. But I think I'll be changing all my passwords and keeping a little extra cash on hand in the future.
