I made on online transfer from savings to checking on 1-1-2013, the next day, balances were correct. Today, 1-3-2014, my checking account does not reflect the transfer, nor does my savings account as if I never transferred funds. Customer Service does not answer and I paid bills assuming my checking balance included the transferred funds. No word from chase.

Same issue here. I called and they said not to worry, which in banking terms means, pray that you will see your money again.
Same problems its showing paid but Im getting calls that money wasnt received I refuse to pay late fees for a bank error. My account went positive to negative and now its to much money in my account. I would be wrong to spend money thats not mine but I think it should be compensation for trouble because this has been a inconvenience big time and I'm not happy!!!!
