I have like 3 weeks trying to log in and olways says "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." FIX THIS PLEASE

i have been unable to log into the site for over 2 months. I can get in maybe once a month and I am in Dallas TX. Does anybody know what is going on?
The site's security certificate is not trusted!
