My ex's wages have been being garnished for two months now and my card has been inactive due to a negative balance for longer than that. Now the ucard site says it is "unable to process my request at this time," & to, "please try again later." Where has my money for my child gone and why can't I log in??? suuuuper frustrated...

Don't worry that something is wrong with your account the same thing is happening to me. It's probably server maintence or something.
