does your website ever work? how can a company get away with this level of awful service?

I cannot log on to the site. The site does not recognize my log in credentials. I tried to reset the passoword and the site doesn't even recognize me by my birthdate. Once given a temporary password, the site doesn't even respond to that. This is very inconveneinet and scary. This is somewhat of a security breach.
