Cannot login ro check balance or history

Having been trying to login from different browsers on different computers, but the result is always the same, the site cannot verify my username and/or password. I've even tried resetting my PW, but that fails too! It suggests that I register with the site if I haven't done so already, but I've been using the site sucessfully since August.
