I cannot log on to the site. The site does not recognize my log in credentials. I tried to reset the passoword and the site doesn't even recognize me by my birthdate. Once given a temporary password, the site doesn't even respond to that. This is very inconveneinet and scary. This is somewhat of a security breach.

Your site is crap, it doesn't work on IE, Chrome, or Mozilla; I NEED this account to be working correctly fix it, or give the job to someone who can; this level of incompetent programming in today's tecnological advancements is simply unacceptable
