Even those that have already been downloaded don't play. The ones that streaming just keep freezung. Getting error message check internet connection however netflix is working really well. So i dont think the internet connection is the problem

I keeep getting an error code 2004 on almost every show. when I can get one to play it freezes up multiple times during the show. For the past week or so I've not been able to download most shows. This is really frustrating.
