Will not let me load, play. It shows I am signed it but keep getting error 31. I cleaned out cache, restarted it etc. Almost a month paying for nothing.
I knew I shouldn't have, but when asked if I wanted to update CBS All Access, I said yes. Stupid me. Now I can't get into the app. Error 31. Wants me to sign up for the app, but shows I am signed in.
I cannot log into the application via my fire cube. Error 31. Please advise.
