Mine has been constantly buffering every 10-15secs.  Trying to watch Picard and can't. It's nonstop makes a 45 min episode take 1.5 hours normally.  Anyone else have a fix?  Reloading app. Uninstalling ect nothing works.  I've streamed Hulu and Netflix for 8 hours total yesterday not one buffer/loading bar.  Thinking about canceling soon this is ridiculous

CBS All Access is having issues right now that they're working to resolve, I don’t think so. It’s very annoying and it stop and starts and we still have to pay for this crap!!!

Sharon I've tried to watch the same show every Thursday for 3-4 weeks same issue. So I tried today on Monday and same thing now.  I'm sure there's issues but 3-4 weeks worth every day is crazy.

I too, have been having continual problems with buffering, freezing, pausing, and skipping with CBS Access. I emailed them with my complaint, stating that it was not my equipment that was the problem, as CBS Access is the only channel that I have with this problem. I told them that I know that their server is inadequate and should be upgraded. They responded with the suggestion that I troubleshoot my equipment, such as restarting my app, unplugging the modem, etc.,etc. I actually did all of this before I emailed them, alas with no success, just as I suspected. They just don't want to admit that the problem is on their end. If this problem is not addressed and fixed, I'm going to cancel their service and just wait until Star Trek Picard comes out on DVD, which is the only reason I subscribed in the first place.
