can't log on since yesterday. would not able to see my balance and can't pay bill. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
You can pay your bill over the phone or through their mobile site.
Yeah, most likely for a charge. Beginning to wonder if these outages are on purpose to encourage late payment fees and such?
On their FaceBook page the customer service response was that there was no fees for paying over the phone. Not sure about the mobile site, but that's not loading for me, either.
