They have the worst website for reliability. I don't have this problem with any other such as Chase, Citi, etc.

Customer service claims website is down because of added traffic due to the merger / takeover of the Household Bank Credit Card customers. This has been in planning for over a year but they did not anticipate such a huge initial flow of traffic.
