log in cannot be completed and redirect to a page that says can't open page.
if able to log in, page freezes and cannot navigate site, and unable to log off successfully or redirect to a page that says cannot open page.

Unable to log in. Have tried for two days now to pay bills.
I think CapitalOne's latest web site upgrade is having issues. I have a lot of issues with both logging in and logging out. However, once you are logged in, it's works fine (making payments, etc work fine). I think they are having problems with their authentication web servers... been like this for several days now. I'm sure they are working on it.
