Site Down Again

This is frustrating. I have been able to use their site 1 time in the last 3 weeks. I have tried to login from 3 different pcs, 3 different networks, using both windows 7 and Mac OSX. I called today and they said they have no issues. I cannot even get a login prompt today or this evening. Trying now at 9:33pm eastern time. Next week I will close my credit card with them.
