Site down

Well on Monday night 1/21/13 I tried to access my account. Credit card online services. I made it onto the main Cap1 home page but when I selected online access for credit cards, the page kept freezing up. It was late so I tried back again in the morning and got same thing. So yesterday 1/22/13 morning I called cust svc. the gal told me that she didn't see anything on the system to indicate that cap1 was having tech diff. so she transferred me to tech support. I was told by tech support that they were indeed having problems and to call back at 8am. Ugh I wished the gal would have told me. but oh well. So this morning 1/23/13 I tried again and still nothing. frustrated I left for my day and just now tried to log in and the whole website is down. I just tried calling Cap1 cust svc 800-955-7070 and the phone lines are also down. The phone is ringing fast busy which means its a server issue. Anyone else have an update? I need to make a pmt on my balance before the cap1 info gets sent over to credit reporting agencies. Anyone????
