Have not been able to either bring up the site (www.capitalone.com), login, or make payments in over a month. It's almost like they are doing this by design. Maybe they should upgrade their infrastructure???

I have been trying to Log Into Capital One to make a payment, and have not been able to do so. I tried on July 8th through today the 15th and can not log on
I haven't been able to get the site to even load in any browser all day. 7/15/2013
