Capital One Website Down 11-1 thru 11-3-13

Not been able to log in for 3 days now. At Logon Page, takes name and passcode. But then various errors. Latest error, opens CapitalOne webpage but says "Unexpected System Error" (Ref No. 10000.8479). Then a tab to "Go to Capital One Home" which takes you back to the LogOn page again.
