After multiple attempts I was finally able to access credit card accounts. However, I still can't access my auto loan.

Unacceptable. Everyone should leave and go to a dependable bank. Cap 1 should turn the previous system back on and work the problems out with the new system offline.
I agree. why bring up a site that isnt dependable. I NEED to get my car pmt made.
