Have tried since Friday 4 pm EST. Called CService this morning and they say it is down because of an "upgrade" to the site.
Have tried once more and still can't login.

BEEN TRYING SINCE MONDAY STILL CAN'T LOG IN THIS IS REALLY UPSETTING TO ME I HAVE BILLS TO PAY. COME ON CAPITAL ONE WHATS GOING ON PEOPLE WILL B MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK PRETTY SOON.
Spent 2 hours trying to log into Capital One bill payment site. It rejects my secret information. Can anyone help? My bills are due
You got more out of them than I did!! They told me they didn't know why it was down or when it would be back up. The 2nd customer service rep hung up on me when I insisted that I speak to someone who knows when it will be fixed. I haven't been able to access online banking or my mobile app for a week now. I don't even have checks because I use online bill pay.
No online banking for about a week. Capital One advise me they were having people using AT&T U verse as thier internet provider. I have a tremor and unable write checks. I NEED THIS SERVICE. My brother-in-law has no problem logging to Capital One online banking. (He has another internet provider) I suggest that Capial One and AT&T get together on this and solve this problem. (AT&T wanted charge me $15.00 monthy or $49.50 onetine fee to fix this problem) PLEASE ADIVE!
I have tried to log on 6 times, the site asks for my birth date and then crash's. This is also having a effect on all the HSBC credit card web sites as well. What happened?
This would be an excellent time for one of the other credit card companies to offer a deal to anyone with these Capital One or HSBC credit card accounts, its a dog eat dog world out there. Best thing would be to avoid using your cards until the site is up and send Wall Street into a frenzy, there would be nothing better than to see Wall Street crash, it is going to happen soon enough, why not help in starting it.
I can´t eather log in, it is very importantant for me to do it now, it is frustraiting not to be able to check my accounts. Thanks Teri
