I have never had more frustration with a website! Sometimes it doesn't come up at all, sometimes it starts to come up, sometimes you can even get to a point that you can try to login....but they it'll freeze again. Then occasionally it works.... are they not paying IT ppl or they just don't care that their site is constantly down?
