Starts to load then just stops... Poor service for such a big company... Time to switch to a better vendor...

Aug 7, 2013, I did manage to log in one time then could not get back in! no prior notice re site being down for maintenance. Seems the new format has some bugs?
ok, got into the site, clicked a link and nothing! refreshed, nothing. now, cannot log back in! Jimmy Fallon, my foot!
