Phone not working

I paid for 15 dollar month plan, 3 months at a time ,paid online, got sim card in the mail and it won't work. It was suppose to come activated but it doesn't work. Was suppoxe to port my number over ,but can't do that because no customer service.  I can't clock in or out at work because I have absolutely no service ,can't use my phone at all
