No service, BS! Went to store and they took payment for bill but still not working

The Boost store person was able to process a payment for my monthly bill and said my service would be back on in 5-10 minutes. Well, now it's been over 2 hours and nothing! I call back up to the store and they said there website is down so it could be hours or maybe tomorrow that it would come back on. WTH
