No response to outage issues

Can't make calls, send messages. No info provided. Phone call= recorded message.  Online = non sensical responses.  Auto payment not processed.  New website/webpage.  Previous PIN not working.  Directed to another page.  Where my PIN doesn't work.  Highly sceptical.  Family will be changing  carriers.
