I've been trying to reach someone for several hours and no one has returned my calls so the site must be down

I am a customer of boost Mobile I was told to reach out to this service so I can get my service restored no one has returned my call and I'm sitting here with no service I need someone to contact me as soon as possible let me know what's going on with this.
