Can only make calls can't use the internet without wifi

Hi this happened between last night and today my phone completely stopped working like it normally does I could only make calls but the calls, wouldn't go threw and my phone wouldn't work completely with out getting on a Wi-Fi to look something up this is, getting ridiculous
