BOOST MOBILE IS TERRIBLE

How be it That boost mobile knew that they were going to have a service outage and didn't even warn its customers in advance. I have a business where clients calling every day and appointments that are currently made and I am unable to receive any calls. When I tried to contact customer service they were unable to be of any assistance. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I need to switch to a new carrier.
