My name is James Gibson, boost phone numbee 631-394-1722. I have been with Boost Mobile for many years. I paid my monthly bill and when I went to make a phone call it wouldn't go through. I called customer service an they said my account was suspended. They gave me a reason saying my phone was suspended for using it too much then they said there was suspicious activity but wouldn't tell me what that meant. I asked for a refund of my $50 payment and they refused. I am requesting a refund of $50 since I cannot use the phone. Also. Your customer service department were rude and of no help. I have since gone to TMobile. I expect a refund immediately, if I do not receive it within 7 days, I am reporting this to the better business bureau.
