Been a few days

The problem is that the customer service have strong accents and so they try to pronounce something to you you can't even understand what they're saying so it took me a while to get the correct website to go to to make this complaint. My cell phone service have been down for at least 3 or 4 days now. And I have to pay the bill by the 10th so I'm thinking about switching over to Metro PCS
