Site and app not working!

Over a week now! Pop UPS say there aware and working on this problem? But no one, no number, branches can help? Except tg one branch manager in blue Ridge GA, said it happened to her, but then started working? So I'm not imagining this! How are we supposed to check our banking BB&T? Thanks
