Same as everyone else.

Site down for almost this entire week.  Always thought about changing banks, but now, will have to.  Its one thing that there is a service interuption.  Atleast put up a page that resolves to bbt.com stating that the site is down.  Communicate to your customers.  Its bad enough that bbandt is far behind in online services compared to other banks...
