Cannot Log In

Internet is working on all other sites but not when on bbt's website. When the site loads and I enter the username and click log on, it then proceeds to say that the webpage is not available and to try and fix the internet connection. I have tried reloading the page and on multiple computers and devices but it continues to happen.
